This folding aluminium stove base allows you to stand your windscreen/pot rest on almost any surface without scorching and allowing the burner to breathe correctly. People have (myself included) previously used thick foil as a heat reflector and ground protector but foil can't prevent the whole assembly from sinking into grass, snow or other soft surfaces cutting off vital oxygen to the burner..
Can be supplied with optional underside insulation, great for use on snow, frost and cold ground. Useful also if you use your stove on tables.
We make these by hand so please allow for some variation in finish, function is obviously unaffected.

Tip, I stand my pillar candle on mine also, an opened up windscreen makes a good reflector.
